Kelly Francis "Frank" Baggett, 72, of Locust Grove, died Thursday, June 23, 2016. Surviving are his children, Timothy Frank & Lisa Baggett, and Judith Dawn & Randy Arnold; their mother, Judith Baggett Cain; brothers, Tommy Baggett, Kenneth Baggett, Lonnie Baggett, Gary Baggett; sisters, Pamela Kennedy, and Loretta Baggett; grandchildren, James Timothy Johnson, Joey Ted Mobley, Jenni Kathleen Lois Mobley, Amanda Hulsey, Amber Flurry, and Kam Casser; nieces, Lexie Glanzer and Tina Baggett; nephews, Chris Baggett, Wayne Baggett, Jimmy Kennedy, and Kelly Kennedy. A Celebration Of Life will be held Friday, July 1st between the hours of 7 and 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
