Ellen "Lorraine" Johnson

Ellen Lorraine Johnson, 90, passed into heaven on July 18, 2016. She was born on December 12, 1925 to Addie Earl and Beatrice Yates Roberts.
Lorraine was an avid genealogist tracing her family roots back hundreds of years. She was a master quilter and an artist. She belonged to the Atlanta Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and other numerous clubs and societies. Lorraine is preceded in death by her parents, husband Lamar "Johnny" Johnson, her two sons, Donald and Jeffrey Johnson. She is survived by her four nieces, Lee Bagby, Becky Folkens, Barbara Phillips and Donna Reynolds and Grandchildren, Kevin Johnson, Nicole Barrios and Tracy Adamsczyk, Great Grandchildren, Kevin D. Johnson and Dante and Marcelo Barrios. Arrangements are with Donehoo-Lewis Funeral Home in Hapeville, Georgia. Visitation will be Thursday, July 21st at 9:30 until 10:30, Rosary at 10:30 a.m. with the Funeral Mass following at 11:00 o'clock a.m. in our chapel.
