Dorothy Corkren Osborne

Dorothy Rhoda Osborne, 89, formerly of Hapeville, Georgia, died Friday, May 8th, 2020. Dorothy was a loving mother of Andrea Dorsey, Patricia Palmeri-Agee, Robert Joseph Osborne (deceased), Michael Anthony Osborne and Jonathan Wayne Osborne. Daughter-in-laws: Michael (Tracie R) Osborne and Jonathan (Carolyn R) Osborne. She was a grandmother (Nanny) to 13 grandchildren and a great grandmother to 11.

Dorothy, or Dottie as her friends knew her, was an avid Braves fan and an avid talker. She was never at a loss for words to anybody she met. Cooking during the holidays, or just in general, was one her passions. Her feisty, Irish personality will truly be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A private graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 12th at College Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association or Celebrate Recovery at Lake Country Baptist Church (Eatonton, Georgia).
